How we chooseClinch River Stables is a 200-acre farm in Rocky Top, Tennessee, about 25 minutes north of Knoxville, offering full care stall board only. The Evans family owns and operates it, and the hay is grown on the farm. Boarders use a lighted covered arena, an outdoor arena, a round pen and private trails, and each owner gets a walk-in tack locker.
